Student App Policy
1. Overview
The ClassTutors student app allows students to securely access notes, lectures, and study materials shared by their tutors. Students cannot upload content or make payments.
2. Accounts & Registration
- Students join using an invite link, class code, or tutor approval.
- Login details must remain confidential and not shared.
- Tutors can revoke or modify student access at any time.
3. Payments & Refunds
- Students do not pay any fees to ClassTutors.
- All payments and subscriptions are made only by tutors.
- No invoicing or billing information is required from students.
4. User Content & Conduct
Prohibited actions for students:
- Downloading materials outside the app.
- Screenshots, screen recording, or sharing tutor-owned content.
- Redistributing notes, videos, or PDFs.
- Attempting to bypass app protections or misuse the platform.
- Sharing class codes or unauthorized access links.
Tutor Content Ownership: All materials uploaded by tutors remain their intellectual property.
5. App Permissions
- Storage: required to open PDF or note files securely.
